If you find a site that meets your needs, simply submit an inquiry through the form below.​Our team will review your information and contact applicants whose needs best match the available site. Qualified applicants will then receive instructions for completing our required background and credit screening.​Please note that submitting an inquiry does not reserve a site or guarantee placement.​​

We are now accepting applications for our 2026–2027 Seasonal Winter Site Waitlist.

Seasonal Site Information

​

  • Season: October 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027

  • Monthly Rent: $800

  • Sites: Partial hookups (water and electricity only – no sewer)

  • RV Size: Up to 42 feet

  • Electrical Service: 30-amp or 50-amp

  • Electricity: Billed separately based on occupancy

  • Background/Credit Checks: Required for all adults (18+) before a site can be offered

  • Lease Term: Seasonal leases end on April 30, 2027, and cannot be extended.

  • Please Note: Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a seasonal site.
