Long-Term & Extended Stay

Extended stays are available for guests staying longer than one (1) week. To maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all guests, the following requirements and rates apply.

Application & Screening

All stays over one week require a background and credit check
$45 per adult (non-refundable)
Approval is required prior to arrival

Security Deposit

A $400 security deposit is required for all long-term stays
Deposit is refundable upon departure, pending site inspection and compliance with park rules

Utilities & Power

For long-term sites, PSE (power service) must be placed in the guest’s name

Monthly Rates

Full Hookup Sites: Starting at $900 per month
Partial Hookup Sites: Starting at $800 per month

Seasonal Extended Stays

Seasonal extended stays are partial hookup only
Rates start at $800 per month, plus power
Power charges are based on the number of occupants in the trailer
Now through April 31, 2026

Vehicles & Parking

Maximum of two (2) vehicles per site
Depending on site space, additional vehicles may be approved by management
Approved additional vehicles are $25 per month per vehicle

Pets

Maximum of two (2) pets per site
Pets must comply with park rules and be under owner control at all times

Laundry Facilities

On-site laundry available
Machines are quarter-operated

Additional Notes

Rates, availability, and site assignment may vary by season, occupancy, and length of stay
Management reserves the right to approve or deny any extended stay application

Visitor Policy - 2 car MAX at any campsite. 1 car is included in the reservation price the second car is $15 per day. ALL vehicles must be registered in the office, no exceptions.

Pet Policy - pets are to be kept on a leash at all time.
Wi-Fi / Cell Service Info - WIFI is only reachable near the clubhouse - There is no password to connect

There is an after hours phone number listed on our bulletin board for afterhours check-ins and other guest needs at the reservation office. After-hours phone is unavailable until after 5:15PM Monday - Friday

NSIC Drone Utilization - Welcome to Riverbend Campground (RBC)

Riverbend Campground/Nisqually Sportsman’s Club categorically prohibits the operation of drones without written permission obtained upon registration at the NSIC office.

Drone use on the Nisqually River (on the bank or while in the river) is strictly prohibited. Anyone suspected of violation will be reported to the authorities and banned from

entering Riverbend Campground.
